We have developed a set of curriculums and learning paths to enable students of various age groups to become aware of water and environmental issues. The emphasis is on active learning, with exciting group projects on campus, in homes and communities in collaboration with others.
There are 4 levels of learning which can be adapted for students depending on prior knowledge:
- Level 1: Water – It’s My Life
Target Learner: 6 to 10 years old
Selected Topics: Water Cycle, Water in my Favourite Sport & Food, My Water Footprint, Protecting our Water Sources, Water and Processing, My Personal Project - Level 2: Collaborative Learning Champion
Target Learner: 11 to 14 years old
Selected Topics: Demonstrating the Water Cycle, Water Source to Use, Filtration by Mother Nature, Waste Water Treatment, Water Conservation in the Community - Level 3: The Water Bearer
Target Learner: 15 to 18 years old
Selected Topics: Filtration Technologies, Public Utilities Role & Challenges, Innovation for Impact, Water Challenge Project, Prototype Development - Level 4: True Blue Entrepreneurs & Ambassadors
Target Learner: 18 years old to college and post graduate students
Selected Topics: Addressing Global Water Challenges, Innovative Technologies, Policy Options, Funding Model, Idea to Solution ( Go To Market), Creating a Company, NGO or Social Enterprise
